This post goes out to my friends.
For some reason Oprah Network was on in the background. We were laughing because there was a show on that had depictions of violence in every scene. I thought wow Oprah has really changed. lol. I don't even know what show.
Anyway, I am glad when Creator sends me the messages I need to hear.
Our talk made me think of this song from way back (well I was listening to it all last week)
No matter what anyone says about me, judges me, shames me, humiliates me, etc They will never come close to how I treated myself in my 20's/30's. As I grow, change, fight, challenge, push back, all of it....I move further away from that shame.
